Long Beach Unified School District was sued when child was injured in gym class running on the blacktop as part of PE exercise. The exercise was not safely designed and the instructor did not pay attention to the students and our kindergartener was injured. The school district claimed no responsibility and argued that the jury should send him away with nothing. The jury disagreed and compensated him fairly.
